This ring size guide is based on US measurements. If you already own rings at home, then use this guide to determine your US size by measuring the inner diameter. The inner diameter is the measurement of the empty space inside the ring, the part your finger actually sits in. It does NOT include the thickness of the metal.
1. Place your ring flat on a ruler or caliper.
2. Measure straight across the inside of the ring, from the inner edge on one side to the inner edge on the opposite side using millimeters.
3. Make sure you’re measuring the widest inner point (a perfect horizontal line through the center).
4. Do not include any part of the metal band in the measurement,only the open circular space.
