HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers will have until January 5th, 2026 to initiate an exchange, as long as items are new, unworn, and in original packaging. Exchanges must be requested by contacting us with your order number, and approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
We do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer size exchanges for eligible US orders. Please note that sample sale items, customized orders, including personalized and engraved pieces, are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We do not currently accept international exchanges or returns.

Purchase Exchange Labels
Once we authorize the exchange, you can purchase the return label through our website for an $12 fee.
Use Your Label Promptly
Return labels must be used within one week of receiving them. Labels will become void after this time.
Processing Your Exchange
After receiving your return package, we will process and ship your new sizes. Please allow up to three weeks for the exchange to be completed.
Exceptions for Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items during shipping. If you encounter such issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and provide proof of damage.
Refunds for approved cases may take up to seven business days to process, depending on the payment method.

Shipping & Processing Times
Our current processing times are 5-7 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping Methods:
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class within the U.S. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
Expedited Shipping Options:
While we strive to process and ship expedited orders quickly, delivery times are subject to USPS schedules, and delays (especially during holidays) may occur beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
CANCELLATION
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email hello@priscillama.com within 24 hours. We can cancel your order with 24 hours after you placed your order.
Please note that refused shipments will be treated as cancellation, and a 5% cancellation/restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
