Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials including gold-filled, sterling silver, and solid gold. Solid gold pieces do not tarnish, while gold filled and sterling silver are designed to be tarnish-resistant with proper care.
Gold filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, making it much more durable than gold-plated items. Sterling silver may tarnish over time but can be easily cleaned and polished to restore its shine.
Wearing your jewelry regularly helps prevent tarnish by naturally keeping it clean. To maintain your pieces, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
Yes! You can wear our jewelry daily while washing your hands, in the shower, or at the beach and pool.
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email hello@priscillama.com within 24 hours. We can cancel your order with 24 hours after you placed your order.
Please note that refused shipments will be treated as cancellation, and a 5% cancellation/restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
We do not accept returns but offer size exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of receiving your package for an $11 exchange fee. The exchange fee covers return shipping labels both ways. Please note that all solid gold pieces and sample sale items, customized orders, including personalized and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to high shipping costs, we currently do not accept international exchanges or returns.
We currently do not offer wholesale at this time. As a small team of three, we don’t have the capacity to produce in bulk at this time.
