Gold Filled
Gold filled jewelry is made by pressure-bonding a thick layer of 12K or 14K gold (at least 5% of the total weight) with a base metal of copper or brass. It has 100 times more gold than gold-plated items, making it more tarnish-resistant and water resistant. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Gently clean with soapy water and a toothbrush. When not wearing, store in a dry sealed container (or resealable bag). Wearing your jewelry often also prevents tarnish!
Sterling Silver (.925 Silver)
Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for added strength. Over time, it may oxidize or tarnish when exposed to air and moisture, but it can be easily cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. Store in a dry, sealed container to minimize oxidation.
Solid Gold (10K, 14K, or 18K)
Solid gold is a precious metal alloy that does not tarnish and is safe for daily wear, even in water. It is made of pure gold mixed with small amounts of other metals for strength. Clean with mild soap and a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Domestic Orders
Most of our jewelry is handmade to order, so processing times range from 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include shipping time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details. Please refer to your tracking link for real-time updates. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for U.S. orders. If you need your order sooner, we recommend selecting expedited Priority shipping at checkout.
International Orders
International shipping can take 2–6 weeks, depending on your location, and does not include processing time. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs office. These charges vary by location and are not included in your order total. We suggest checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept returns, but we offer size exchanges for eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of receiving your package. There is an $12 exchange fee, which covers return shipping labels both ways. Please note that solid gold pieces, sample sale items, customized, personalized, and engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to accept international exchanges or returns at this time.
Ring didn’t look like pictures online. Could not read the writing on the ring it was so small. Would not recommend this product
Hi Dallas, as mentioned in our previous emails, the wire used to make your ring is exactly the same as shown in the product photos.
Regarding the engraving, the size of the letters is based on the space available on the ring. While we understand you may have hoped for something more prominent, the current engraving size is appropriate for the dimensions of the piece. This isn’t a flaw in the ring itself, but rather a matter of personal preference. Thanks for your understanding.
Really well done, the processing was a little longer than expected and although I paid for faster shipping, the ring arrived a little later than anticipated. But the ring itself is great quality and show.
Ring was almost $80 and NOT sterling (925) as described. Waste of money. If you don’t even give customers the ability to ask for refund, it means it’s a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Many small handmade businesses like us don’t mark their rings since it requires extra time and specialized equipment, while larger factories often have machines that can do this. Please feel free to have the ring tested at any jewelry store if you’d like for a peace of mind.
We want to note that suggesting the ring is not sterling silver and that we are a 'scam' without even testing the product first can be misleading to other customers. We’ve sold over 2,000 of these rings and have never had an issue with authenticity. In addition, we do not offer returns on this specific item as it is custom engraved which means we are unable to resell the product since the ring is personalized.

Love my ring! I got a size 7 which is my ring finger size and can fit it comfortably on my pointer middle and ring finger. It’s so special and such a great gift.
